Government Shutdown - Notice Jan 30, 2026
Anticipating the possible government shutdown, this message provides guidance and clarification on the use of the DLA Energy Fuel cards.
From a DLA Energy perspective, we will not change any fuel card controls, limits, or usage criteria. However, individual Services and their respective commands may impose their own restrictions at their discretion. Cardholders must be aware and follow further guidance issued by their chain of command.

NOTICE TO ALL SEA Card® OPEN MARKET OFFERORS Aug 18, 2025
Total ancillary charges (Cancellation, Quantity Change, Demurrage, Backhaul, Overtime, and Booming) cannot exceed 10% of the total quoted price for fuel. For total ancillary charges, the Government will not pay more than 10% of the quoted price for fuel.


When submitting your quote, all offerors MUST upload a copy of fuel spec and FAME and Sulfur content for the product offered. Fuel spec must be in ENGLISH. Failure to do so will render your offer unacceptable.


In addition, all offerors must confirm in the offer:
1. Does fuel contain FAME? If so, what is the percentage.
2. Is fuel offered 100% Distillate?
3. Is fuel offered compliant with ISO 8217 DMA 2017?

NOTICE TO ALL SEA Card® OPEN MARKET OFFERORS FOR CANADIAN RFQ'S Aug 18, 2025
When submitting your quote for any RFQ’s for locations in Canada, all offerors must provide their Good and Services Tax and/or Harmonized Sales Tax (GST/HST) registrant number.
